Description

Four sets of Recombinant inbred lines

Four sets of recombinant inbred lines have been donated by Alan Lloyd. Can-0 (Canary Islands) x Sav-0 (Slavice); Hi-0 (Hilversum) x Ob-0 (Oberursel); Nok-0 (Noordwijk) x Uk-3 (Umkirch); Sf-2 (San Feliu) x St-0 (Stockholm). In each population the parental cross was done in reciprocal directions and approximately half of the population is derived from each direction. Whole sets can be ordered (see table links below) or the individual lines.
