Description
W. Scheible & C. Somerville T-DNA lines
These are activation tagged lines obtained by transformation of wild-type Columbia plants with the pSKI15 vector from Detlef Weigel. This pool represents all the lines in this population (roughly 63,000) as pools of various sizes. These sizes are 100 (roughly 1500 seeds), 250 (roughly 3500 seeds) or 300-350 (roughly 4500 seeds).
